Interparcel is very useful, and when we were having trouble setting up our store Daisy provided great help and worked with us us to sort everything out.

Great customer service and support from most people I have dealt with and particularly Daisy and the Australia Post integration team.

The app itself is easy to use and fantastic integration with Shopify.

We still get stung occasionally with some unforeseen fees from individual couriers (especially TNT) which results in me just avoiding that courier option.

Only feedback would be it would be ideal to get faster updates on parcel locations (i.e.. missing parcels or delayed delivery), however I understand that may not be feasible with IP contacting couriers etc. etc. But if that was something to work towards that would be ideal.

We're 6 months into our Interparcel journey and have been thoroughly impressed with the app's performance, especially since the introduction of the beta for Australia Post integration. This addition has proven to be a game-changer for our online Shopify store.
