Intuitive Shipping

Great app so far! Shipping settings are very customizable and the support is fantastic! They helped me set up all of my shipping settings from start to finish and were very quick and knowledgeable.

I use this app to run our shipping methods, the setup was a breeze given some of the complex issues of creating rules, etc. The support we got was five star, if we had an issue it was resolved within 24 hrs and we can go on working, these guys know their stuff and most of all are patient and understanding. Intuitive Shipping is a great shipping app that enhances the capabilities of your shopify store. It allows you to get as creative as you would like to provide tons of different shipping methods to your customers and presents the shipping methods based on rules met by the customer.

They also have very dedicated customer service who have been very helpful in setting up our shipping program.

Just installed this app and definitely needed a way to create some unique shipping scenarios to ship our products. Nothing but high praises for the customer support, quick response time and help to get this going. Fully recommend them if you help getting your shipping calculations correct.

We have recently started expanding our delivery to use multiple outsource companies as well as our own fleet, as such we needed a way to be able to create rates to cover every outcome based on weight, price, same day vs future delivery, different rates per area/post codes, our drivers vs outsource & in multiple combinations of these

This app has made that all possible.

Joel was also extremely helpful with also adding in the ability for us to tie the rate in with with Zapiet's Store Pickup & Delivery app so we could create rates based on if the order was shipping today or not shipping today.
This way we only ever show the 1 relevant rate to the customer instead of them seeing a bunch of options and selecting the wrong one.

This app seems to have you covered for whatever rate setup you may need to create.

Intuitive offers a lot of customizations for our shipping needs. We can easily change carriers that we quote, setup rates for specific products, put restrictions on products that have to go certain shipping methods, and easily setup rates for different countries. The team is quick to respond to questions as well. It would be nice to be able to copy setups from one store to another, or upload pricing by weight range, but we tested many different solutions and Intuitive was the best!

I have a pretty complicated setup and this app can handle it all! The setup can be tricky, but there is always someone there to help. Paul is very good at giving clear instructions. I usually ask him to review my settings to be sure I got it right, which he is happy to do. And when I got it wrong, he fixed it for me!
