If I could give 10 out of 5, I would ! Customer service is on another level ! They take the time to help you, call you to help you set up your scenarios, and take full time to explain clearly all what you need to know ! I strontly recommand using this app for shipping set up ! Good job
Really great app. Easy to use and full of features. Support is fantastic and answer all questions in good time. Our business in the UK is a little complicated and we have time and day based requirements that this app handles well. Would certainly recommend.

Intuitive Shipping is a powerful shipping app that covers all bases. It can be a bit overwhelming at first glance but allows you to come up with some complicated and advanced shipping scenarios to better service your customer needs in different parts of the world. It also allows you to integrate some key shipping services/providers and can assist in displaying more info in the shipping method selection screen at the checkout - like delivery estimates! The team is super helpful and quick to assist if needed. They're also receptive to ideas or suggestions! Highly recommended app, it's solved all of our shipping problems and allowed us to streamline everything into the one app and offer a better experience to our customers.
Absolutely the best shipping app for complex shipping scenarios. Michael was excellent with support, always responding quickly and thoroughly to any question. We love the fact that it can handle our specific needs no matter the product combination. Great for stores that need to define their own shipping times to account for processing and those that pass shipping discounts on to customers. Thanks guys!
This app is exactly what I was looking for! It's the only app (that I've been able to find - and trust me, I did a BIG search) to address the serious deficits in Shopify's shipping rate calculations for Canadian businesses. Before using Intuitive Shipping, I had only one default shipping box (which was huge to fit my biggest product), which meant that I would be charging clients buying only a wallet, $30-60 for shipping. Of course, that scared away a lot of potential business. When I got Intuitive Shipping, I was able to add dimensions to each product so that it would choose boxes that were better suited to the product that I was shipping - and charge the customer a reasonable shipping amount. My first sale post-installation/set-up of the app, the difference between my actual shipping price and the rate that the customer was charged was only 2 cents! Finally, I want to thank Joel (one of the co-founders) who spent hours with me helping me to set up my shop and my shipping settings via Skype. In summary, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app to any Canadian businesses who are looking to improve their shipping rate calculations in their store. Thanks Joel!
Love working with these guys! Very prompt in answering questions and finding solutions for my website issues. My site just went live recently and the rates during testing were accurate. UPDATE: So the guys prove once again that they are very good what they do and got a terrific customer support. Thanks! Hi! So i have this app for 1 month now, i just started my monthly fee period. It is really helping me out to edit all the shipping rates through my store and able to give all the necessary information to my customers. I had some question regarding the Shipping Scenarios and Combining Shipping Rates and book a video meeting with them (Paul and one of his other colleagues) and they helped me out a lot. Finally i was able to understand the logic behind the shipping methods. So yes i am truly recommend you this app and the supporting team as well. 5 star guys! Thanks

We used this app to integrate with out wholesale portal and then of course with our normal retail shopping cart as well. We've got different shipping zones including Canada. Along with the great help from their customer service, the app works great!
