Their support team is one of the best out there, they respond to your requests within one day and we typically have our issue worked out within a day. Most of the time it is just a setting we forgot to change on our end, they are very helpful at identifying the items that need to be updated so you can have your desired shipping experience. I'd recommend this tool to anyone that needs to customize their shipping process and will continue to use it for all future clients that need the functionality.

Very helpful tool! The offerings are fairly robust, which allows for detailed customization. There's a little bit of a learning curve when you're first getting everything setup, but their support is awesome and very communicative.

Super useful and powerful shipping app. We use it to calculate precise, real-time international rates. The support has been lights out, thanks to Paul and his team.

This app does exactly what we need to display specific shipping services and rates based on what's in a customer's cart. The technical support team helped us really dial it in and tweak it for our exact situation and demand. They were also quick with communication and solved a lot of issues I ran into while I was setting up pretty complicated scenarios.

I had quite a specific set of shipping rules I wanted to setup.
I needed to handle domestic retail, international and wholesale customers all differently based off different weights, customer tags etc.
I shopped around for several different shipping apps, but none could do what I needed.
Several google searches looking for a solution I came across a blog mentioning Intuitive shipping.
Downloaded it and its shipping rules allowed me to set it up all myself. Due to the complexity of the rules I needed, my setup didn't work as expected. I reached out to Joel at support and he spent over an hour on skype with me going through it all and help me set it up and test everything.
Support was amazing and the app worked perfectly with my complex set of rules, Super happy with it and can't recommend this app enough. Its a powerful tool with a lot of flexibility with complex shipping scenarios.
