Great app that's helping select the correct shipping rates based on any variable. Since my shop sells various products with different dimensions, I need to be able to change the shipping rates based on what's being added to the cart (as a selection of products needs larger shipping boxes than others, which increases weight). This app does the job. The trial period was very convenient and the support has been great.
We have had a fantastic experience onboarding this application into our store. After searching for an app that could effectively accommodate the shipping rules we needed to install (especially for the warmer months), we landed on Intuitive Shipping.
Their strong reviews initially roped us in to give them a try, but the support from their team (S/O to Michael & Paul) from the very start kept us hooked. It has been great. From the simple fixes to the more complex requests, they were timely and responsive and have helped ensure that this will be an app we will use for the foreseeable future.
I'd like to say we have it all sorted, but I'm sure I will be dropping into their inbox again soon

Excellent app with substantial options with very responsive and friendly support! Highly recommended to anyone that need detailed or custom shipping options. Only thing missing (which I doubt is the developers fault) would be an option to sync of Shopify shipping costs (i.e. percentage discounts from published rates).

With regards to Shopify shipping and discounts, unfortunately, due to the way that cart information is passed to our system, we currently don't have visibility of discounts and when they are applied.

We recently started using the Intuitive Shipping app to solve a very basic but potentially expensive problem with the way that Shopify was applying shipping charges to our customer checkouts. I was able to schedule a call right away with a Customer Success Manager, Chelsey, who has been incredibly helpful in getting us up to speed and confidently using the App as quickly as possible. With such knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful customer support, we felt 100% confidence in our decision to move from Sandbox mode to a paid plan right away. The App is working extremely well so far and we look forward to seeing how we can continue to make improvements to our business with the help of Intuitive Shipping.

Incredible support. Ran into a problem due to the very large amount of collections in our store. They helped me fix the issue. The app is very easy to use and set up once you spend a bit of time to understand how it works. It's fast and flexible to obtain shipping rates for any type of business.

Tried this app a couple of years ago. Ran into an issue. Decided to try it again. Happy to see the app has been updated since I tried it last. It is now fantastic. Did an onboarding Zoom session to get the app set up. There are a lot of pieces to make it work properly – so I was grateful for the help. I like that it's pulling the rates directly from our Shipstation account. Lots to like about this app.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't getting your desired result with Intuitive Shipping.
It appears you may have missed Michael's reply yesterday morning (8:27 am EST). After you approved collaborator access, our team noticed that you still have free shipping over $350 set up within your Shopify shipping settings. Since Intuitive Shipping cannot override Shopify's rates, you have to manually remove them. If you did get his reply and things still weren't working as expected after removing Shopify rates, our team would have been happy to help you further.
