Had a great experience today with Brandon in the Support Team at Intuitive Shipping. I am in a different time zone so I find the online support particularly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he really helped me out. Highly recommend Brandon and the whole team at Intuitive Shipping.

The Intuitive customer support team is great, they'll walk you through complicated shipping settings and make sure you get things set up the way you need it.
Great walkthrough videos, 1 on 1 customer support, and quick responses through email.
Paul at Intuitive was especially helpful.

Intuitive Shipping is great and easy to use, and whenever I've had trouble, because shipping can get complicated, I've always gotten great support from the team there. They go above and beyond answering not just the questions I show up with, but offering ways to optimize for problems I wasn't even aware I had. Highly recommend.

Intuitive Shipping has helped my company tremendously, reduces a ton of manual entry, and helps on the customer facing side as well. It's one thing to have an app that does exactly what you want in a straightforward way. It's another for it to do so without downtime or unreliability scares. It's a unicorn if it does both of the above and answers technical support emails quickly and concisely. When you come across an app like Intuitive Shipping, it raises the bar for everyone else. To put it plainly, Intuitive has saved us a lot of time.

We’ve faced numerous challenges due to the complexity of managing over 280,000 products shipping from multiple locations. Packaging weight inconsistencies and integrating shipping from various warehouses added to the difficulty. We had difficulty upgrading to the new UPS auth2.0 method, and even though it wasn't a problem caused by Intuitive Shipping, Michael, Chelsey, and Brandon went above and beyond for us. Very good support, we highly recommend Intuitive Shipping!
