Very clever app, with a lot of creative ways to charge for shipping. Also the support is top-notch, you tell them what you would like to do, and they show you 2-3 different ways on how you can do it. I would definitely recommend this app.

The Support that I have received by Intuitive shipping, has been outstanding. Many other apps should take note.
If you are looking for a Shipping app, that will allow you to give custom shipping rates or anything else that you could dream of for your shipping, this App is the way to go!
This is very powerful software with absolute first class support. The support is definitely needed for people like me, because while it's powerful it's also complicated (for example, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing). I am not personally crazy about the user interface for a number of reasons. My first time around with the app was not ideal - I had a hard time wrapping my brain around the structural concepts due to the UI/nav. Circled back to try again because we really really need it, and ever since I finally understood it better, with some patient hand-holding, I've been fine. Most importantly, the level of support and detailed guidance and assistance is simply unparalleled in my experience with Shopify apps across the board. Timely, detailed, thoughtful, you name it. And that's why I wouldn't even consider docking a star for the UI. Big shout out to Paul for excellent assistance throughout.
Before I migrated a client to Shopify, she had a limited ability to set up custom shipping rates for her business due to the platform she had her e-commerce website built on. After migrating to Shopify, I found Intuitive Shipping. This app has made it extremely easy to set up custom shipping rules based on products, variants, vendors, and more. It's allowed her business to avoid eating shipping costs thanks to these custom shipping rules. We really value this app. It's intuitive, easy to use, and the support team is phenomenal. They're very responsive and always willing to provide guidance and support when something needs to get figured out. 10 out of 10!

The customer service is absolutely amazing. We are a furniture store that sells online and in-store. We change our shipping scenarios multiple times and every time they are super helpful and ensure that we are happy with our end result. I have had multiple conversions with them on how to do various shipping scenarios and they always give us in-depth detail with pictures on how to achieve what we want. I can't say enough great things about them. If you are unsure, use them! They are super personable, nice, and helpful.
I handcraft and sell dog beds and because the beds are large, all of my orders ship out via DIM weight which Shopify does not support. I found Intuitive Shipping as solution and I could not be happier. I am a total neophyte so I needed a lot of help setting up the app. I was lucky enough to connect with one of their representatives named Paul and he is amazing! He went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly. He clearly should be wearing a cape to work because he's a superhero in my book!
