We found the app extremely useful for our not-so-simple set of delivery options. Very good customer service, although I've only had to ask them for help once or two times in over 5 years of using the app. Congratulations! I definitely recommend!

I have used Intuitive Shipping app for several year and their support is the best. Most of our products ship First Class mail but we had several the require special shipping needs and Intuitive Shipping can meed out needs.

We have had Intuitive Shipping for a year, but the person in our corporation who was familiar with this integration left the company. I've been trying to catch up ever since. Their support team is GREAT and helped me re-learn how to integrate into our Shopify store. I've spoken to three different people each time and they actually FOLLOW UP with me! RECOMMEND!

If you can think of a shipping scenario, you can set it up: special rates for different dates, post codes, repeat customers, specific addresses, individual businesses, different products.

It doesn't matter what it is, if you can work out the logic, you can make it happen.

This works great for me. I'm able to enter all my box dimensions and product dimensions. It then chooses the best box and packs the products accordingly. You can set the maximum weight allowed per box as well. Customer support is quick. I also offer free local ship for certain zip codes. It handles that.
