This is a GREAT app for anyone needing to figure out shipping rates for their store. The support is beyond amazing. From the initial set up, to tweaks and changes along the way, as OUR needs changed, they are always almost instantaneously responsive. They understand that everything is urgent when it comes to your e-commerce business and respond accordingly. Special shout out to Paul who has been our go-to person since day one.

What really distinguishes this app from others its the exceptional technical support. This team is truly invested in helping customers to get the best possible experience and to troubleshoot any emerging issues. We've never come across a more effective or responsive team.

Fulfillment is complicated even if you are a small business. Intuitive shipping makes it simple to implement your ideal mix of options that are easy for your customer to understand. To boot the support they goes beyond just their app. They help you get what need working.

I am a VC helping my wife get her store up and running and it is long time since I was a hacker (when I ran part of the database development at Oracle) and I have to say this is a fine piece of engineering. Worth every penny.

Our company has fairly complex shipping rules and this app made it possible! I have probably worn out this support staff with all of my inquiries over the last few years but they are so helpful and quick to respond! I've never received this level of support in any part of my professional and personal life. Would recommend to anyone!

Need to do complex shipping rules? No problem! Need to build rules around item properties (such as is this recurring?) No problem! Want to offer only one shipping option but rate shop the best price from different carriers? No problem! And I'm sure I have yet to discover only 1% of what can be done. Great app.

Used Intuitive Shipping for two years to help manage cost-of-shipping struggles with multiple odd-shaped products in my store and print-on-demand suppliers. I recently simplified my packaging requirements to a standard set of boxes and mailers and dropped all POD products and no longer needed the firepower of this app. If you have complex shipping requirements that, for example, require billing for a single order that requires more than one box (and you don't want to eat the shipping costs), this is the app for you. It's brilliant and the support is among the best for any app I've ever used. Thank you.

Intuitive Shipping has been an absolute game changer for us when it comes wot shipping rate calculation while also make the lives of our fulfillment team easier by virtual packing each and every order into its respective box. Highly recommend them! Service is also incredible, I've never not had them respond within just a few hours on supports inquiries. 10 out of 10!
