We reached out to Intuitive when we realized that Shopify's shipping feature wouldn't cut it for the complicated shipping scenarios of our B2B website. We are among the early adopters of Shopify B2B and Intuitive did not have an out-of-the-box solution for our percentage-based shipping tiers. However, Intuitive's team worked very closely with our web developer to ensure their app works on our checkout page. Their work ensured that we could launch our website with confidence. The app itself has several conditional rules that would fit the needs of most businesses. Their customer service is extremely responsive and follows through to make sure the solution is implemented. Great app and works very well. The support team are very helpful when you need any help with the setting up of conditional shipping and scenarios. They are quick to respond to your emails and always have the answer for you straight away. Top app, very well developed.

I love smart boxing, and the multiple scenarios that I can use. The ability to ship certain products separately, and the blending options. It took about a day of work to enter the products dimensions, but it's worth it. I would love to see the option of optimizing a "free shipping" discount code. That would help a lot. Overall, very happy.

Thank you for your feedback on integrated free shipping discount codes. At this time we do have the ability to activate free shipping based on any of our 40+ condition types, as well as cart threshold limits such as weight and cart total. Our development team is continually exploring ways to improve the Intuitive Shipping experience and enhance our capabilities. Sometimes there are limitations because of the information we are provided by Shopify at checkout or how we're able to interact with the checkout page after we calculation shipping. If there is an opportunity for us to utilize a discount code option, we will certainly explore that possiblity for future updates.

A very efficient shipping app. Helped my store to present a very customizable shipping options. Their support is very responsive and quick to resolve. They were very prompt to get on call to resolve/guide me in building conditions. If you store needs customized shipping, go with Intuitive Shipping.

We have been using the app for about 9 months now and have been thrilled with it. All of our shipping is custom white glove in home delivery and setup. Pricing is complex based on product and customer location. The app is completely customizable to any scenario we can imagine and the support is always prompt and helpful. This has been a wonderful addition to our Shopify store.

Update: We have been using this app for a few months now and it's been working flawlessly. Paul is an absolute star and a pleasure to deal with! Prompt and informative customer service. If you are in need of an app to help with shipping rates look no further. Highly recommend. Easy to use and great customer service received from Sherry! At first, it can be a bit tricky to get the scenario right but once you understand how it works it's very easy!
