Intuitive Shipping

Not only is Intuitive probably the best and most flexible shipping app out there, more importantly they have the most helpful and responsive support team I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them and their product enough!

Great strong product. Does literally anything you need. Their team supports you like no other I have seen. Way better than the Shopify native shipping features.

These guys are great. So much more versatile than the native Shopify settings and amazing customer support. Wanted to give Chelsey a bit 5 stars as well - handled my questions perfectly and knew exactly how to get the right support for our shipping needs. Every time I reach out to customer service they are able to help me solve my problem in just a few clicks. I'm not super tech savvy, and while this app is super easy to use, we had a few products that required some help to calculate properly because of the way we needed to pack them. They were super helpful and FAST.

Our company has fairly complex shipping rules and this app made it possible! I have probably worn out this support staff with all of my inquiries over the last few years but they are so helpful and quick to respond! I've never received this level of support in any part of my professional and personal life. Would recommend to anyone!

**UPDATE** The owner hopped on a call with me and customer support, immediately migrated new changes to the app, and fixed all of the issues with descriptions, product dimensions, and shipping calculations to mirror the old legacy system. Intuitive Shipping steps in where Shopify's built-in shipping solution leaves off. This app is WONDERFUL! It saved my shipping. I have many variants that would not work with the Shopify native shipping options and others apps too. Then I found Intuitive Shipping and everything I want to setup was possible. And I to add to it, their customer service is exceptional!!! Paul and his team get back to you right away, very clear and solve and questions you have and are SUPER helpful ...
