We have products that may be small but have a lot of weight. I have used a number of different types of shipping calculation apps over the years with very little luck. We have been using the app for over a year now and it has solved about 90% of the issues we have with calculating shipping rates.

Not only is Intuitive probably the best and most flexible shipping app out there, more importantly they have the most helpful and responsive support team I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them and their product enough!

Every time I reach out to customer service they are able to help me solve my problem in just a few clicks. I'm not super tech savvy, and while this app is super easy to use, we had a few products that required some help to calculate properly because of the way we needed to pack them. They were super helpful and FAST.
