We recently had an issue with a delivery charge, Brandon from Intuitive was fantastic, we got a quick reply to our query and a number of supportive emails with loom videos to show us how to resolve our issue. Huge thankyou to Brandon for your support with this, you were very patient and very efficient. The issue has now been resolved much to our relief. Thanks again, Christina at Kenmore Village Florist.

This app is amazing! Has everything you could ever need for customising and accurately calculating your live rates at checkout. This includes the ability to add dimensions to each product and variable in order to calculate these shipping weights base don volume and weight. I find a lot of other apps are too limiting for our needs and quite often we would lose money on freight because the live rates were not calculated accurately enough. We really noticed with this app we don't lose out on shipping very often as our rates quoted at checkout are pretty accurate to what we are being charged. It is a lifesaver.

As the app is so customisable, it can be a bit mind boggling to use, however, support are always happy to help you work through your requirements to find a solution or a workaround.

The Intuitive customer support team is great, they'll walk you through complicated shipping settings and make sure you get things set up the way you need it.

Great walkthrough videos, 1 on 1 customer support, and quick responses through email.

Paul at Intuitive was especially helpful.

We’ve faced numerous challenges due to the complexity of managing over 280,000 products shipping from multiple locations. Intuitive Shipping has helped my company tremendously, reduces a ton of manual entry, and helps on the customer facing side as well. Intuitive Shipping is great and easy to use, and whenever I've had trouble, because shipping can get complicated, I've always gotten great support from the team there. They go above and beyond answering not just the questions I show up with, but offering ways to optimize for problems I wasn't even aware I had. Highly recommend.

It's one thing to have an app that does exactly what you want in a straightforward way. It's another for it to do so without downtime or unreliability scares. It's a unicorn if it does both of the above and answers technical support emails quickly and concisely. When you come across an app like Intuitive Shipping, it raises the bar for everyone else. To put it plainly, Intuitive has saved us a lot of time.
