The app not just functions as it described, but the support was superb. The excellent help from the support team help us resolve the issue in a short time. Highly recommended!

Intuitive Shipping allowed me to add on the fees other apps did not even offer. By far the best app customer service I have dealt with, I honestly cannot recommend enough. They have helped me with so many different shipping scenarios, from a % fee, distance fee, and even a fixed fee on top of it. 12/10 overall!

These guys are great. So much more versatile than the native Shopify settings and amazing customer support. Wanted to give Chelsey a bit 5 stars as well - handled my questions perfectly and knew exactly how to get the right support for our shipping needs. Will be using this app for a long time, not only for it's function but for the amazing customer support too. Great job.

We had some complex shipping scenarios with some of our brands and needed an app that would provide options above the basic Shopify features. This app does it all, it's perfect! And the customer service has been 5 STAR. I would definitely recommend Intuitive Shipping's APP.

Very clever app, with a lot of creative ways to charge for shipping. Also the support is top-notch, you tell them what you would like to do, and they show you 2-3 different ways on how you can do it. I would definitely recommend this app.

This is a great app backed by a great support team. The app is super versatile and allowed us to separate shipping rates by SKU so that or products with batteries could be offered one rate while other products could ship under a different rate.

The Support that I have received by Intuitive shipping, has been outstanding. Many other apps should take note.

If you are looking for a Shipping app, that will allow you to give custom shipping rates or anything else that you could dream of for your shipping, this App is the way to go!

This is very powerful software with absolute first class support. The support is definitely needed for people like me, because while it's powerful it's also complicated (for example, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing). I am not personally crazy about the user interface for a number of reasons. My first time around with the app was not ideal - I had a hard time wrapping my brain around the structural concepts due to the UI/nav. Circled back to try again because we really really need it, and ever since I finally understood it better, with some patient hand-holding, I've been fine. Most importantly, the level of support and detailed guidance and assistance is simply unparalleled in my experience with Shopify apps across the board. Timely, detailed, thoughtful, you name it. And that's why I wouldn't even consider docking a star for the UI. Big shout out to Paul for excellent assistance throughout.

Before I migrated a client to Shopify, she had a limited ability to set up custom shipping rates for her business due to the platform she had her e-commerce website built on. After migrating to Shopify, I found Intuitive Shipping. This app has made it extremely easy to set up custom shipping rules based on products, variants, vendors, and more. It's allowed her business to avoid eating shipping costs thanks to these custom shipping rules. We really value this app. It's intuitive, easy to use, and the support team is phenomenal. They're very responsive and always willing to provide guidance and support when something needs to get figured out. 10 out of 10!
