This is an excellent shipping automation app. We had some specific scenarios that we needed to build for our products and packaging and this app handled it easily. Paul from the Intuitive Shipping Team was an excellent help and took care of our hiccups promptly. Very impressed and looking forward to continuing to work with them long term!

Amazing service from Paul. I had a whole bunch of unique requirements for my shipping that no other app could handle. He set everything up in less than a day and saved me weeks of stress and headaches. He was very patient and accommodating with my crazy requests and replied to all my questions super quickly. So happy I found this app. Thanks so much!

I cant say I have worked with many app support teams but the people I have dealt with here are all you could want. Knowledgeable, quick to reply, happy to keep helping as you are setting it up and testing. Really top notch, and super friendly.

As for the app, if you are sending overseas and being charged by weight or volume, its an absolute no brainer. This app easily pays for itself after a couple of orders. Once you get your head around it, easy to use and understand. Very happy with the app and the team who support it.

Intuitive Shipping has tons of options and functionality that make it possible to do just about anything you need. Their support team is one of the best out there, they respond to your requests within one day and we typically have our issue worked out within a day. Most of the time it is just a setting we forgot to change on our end, they are very helpful at identifying the items that need to be updated so you can have your desired shipping experience. I'd recommend this tool to anyone that needs to customize their shipping process and will continue to use it for all future clients that need the functionality.

Very helpful tool! The offerings are fairly robust, which allows for detailed customization. There's a little bit of a learning curve when you're first getting everything setup, but their support is awesome and very communicative.
