I couldn’t have dreamed of a better shipping app, it really does it all and then some. The customer service is 5-star, it’s a huge learning curve and they were there at the ready to assist anytime I ran into an issue. Micheal was always very responsive, walked me through each step via live calls and always checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything further. I’ve used other shipping platforms in the past and Intuitive Shipping is by far the best option out there. Thank you for bringing me such peace of mind! -https://theporterhouse.co

Always answers within a reasonable amount of time and here to resolve any issue that may arise.
(Which is mostly some setting in shopify)

Our shipping requirements are very complicated and Shopify's restrictive, frustrating postage calculations were driving us crazy. Intuitive Shipping is a brilliant app that solved all of our problems easily. It is simple to set up but if you need help, Joel is always on hand. He answered all of our emails promptly and helped set up the more complicated shipping scenarios and ensured everything we had set up was working effectively. Thanks again for all the help and this excellent app.

Paul has been great at helping us get up and running. Highly recommend if your shipping is more complicated than the basic apps.

I have been very impressed so far with the power and functionality of Intuitive shipping. Even more impressive is the customer support and the customer friendliness of the platform. One thing i find difficult with many apps is that free trial periods are not typically enough to find the success of a platform. Intuitive's solution of allowing unlimited testing time was a game changer.

Does what it suppose to. Although it might appear tricky to set up, the tech support is very helpful so not really an issue.

Really robust shipping tool that helped us create tiered shipping rules across various shipping zones. I was able to easily book and one-on-one customer service call to troubleshoot a minor issue. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my shipping rates when some of the orders were made.
I had setup up several conference calls with Intuitive Shipping Tech Support (Paul) and he was very patient and very helpful with my needs to resolve the issues. Paul is one of the best customer support I have ever had. Also, Intuitive Shipping made it possible for my store to offer a combined shipping rates that Shopify Profile could not provide at this time.
