This app is a game changer for anyone looking to provide more accurate shipping rates to customers based on dimensional weights. The customer support team was great when I struggled with the setup. Looking forward to using this app to improve the precision of our shipping processes.

This app has worked very well for our store. I have rather complicated shipping and I was able to set it up for a way that works for my products. I really like the activity feature that lets me see what was added to the shopping cart and the shipping prices that were presented. This allows me to go in and tweak the rates.
The Onboarding session offered made the set up so much easier and quicker. But, the best part of this app is the customer service. I had an issue on the Saturday of a long weekend. Although it turned out to be caused by a break in Shopify (due to me upgrading to a higher level plan) and not with their app they responded quickly and were able to point me in the right direction to get a solution. They even followed up a couple days later to see if everything was working. Amazing team!

We have some pretty unique shipping scenarios with our combination of local and shipped services, and no other apps we looked at could really give us what we needed. Our most complicated scenario being our services that need a mileage charge included based on actual travel time.

Enter Intuitive Shipping. Any scenario we've asked about, we've been able to set up. We booked an onboarding/assistance call which was super helpful and easy to do. Any issues that arise (user error, not the app!) are resolved quickly (big shoutout to Michael Janes!). Even when an issue arose that they didn't have an immediate answer to, we were able to resolve it ourselves with their extensive knowledge base.

The app's interface is clean and easy to navigate, and overall it's been a great experience using Intuitive Shipping.

This app is amazing and the support team is more than helpful. Always willing to hop on a call and figure it out to meet the needs of the business. Intuitive Shipping was exactly what we needed to solve for complicated shipping logic. Hands down best service out there.

On a personal note, I've always been a fan of STARK and love the company's history (textiles are my kryptonite). Ashley's designs for Ashley Stark Home are incredible, meeting a delicate balance where even though most of the pieces are quite neutral and will fit into different spaces, they are all statement pieces.

Fantastic customer support. App was able to handle all shipping needs. Really appreciate having access to all features, and being charged according to number of order. Previous app, I kept feeling restrained by limitations every change I tried to make. Thanks Intuitive Shipping!

Great app ! So much possibilities and flexibility. We tested many solutions, but Intuitive Shipping can really be considered as the "Swiss Knife" of all the apps. Intuitive Shipping has worked great for our store. We've set-up direct to consumer shipping for flat rate and free shipping options. We've also added some expedited shipping options. These options are only available to our direct sales customers, and we have completely different shipping options for our wholesalers. This app solved our problems of wanting to offer completely different shipping options to our direct sales and wholesale customers. Oh, the support is fantastic too!
