Highly recommend the app, and taking the time to test fully in the trial period to get past the learning curve and implementation, it works as promised.

As a former corporate professional, it is easier than an ERP (SAP or JDE) item setup or data extract. Just follow the steps.

Co-founder Joel, has been very quick to respond to my queries and comments.

Intuitive offers a lot of customizations for our shipping needs. We can easily change carriers that we quote, setup rates for specific products, put restrictions on products that have to go certain shipping methods, and easily setup rates for different countries. The team is quick to respond to questions as well. It would be nice to be able to copy setups from one store to another, or upload pricing by weight range, but we tested many different solutions and Intuitive was the best!

The support from Intuitive Shipping is EXCELLENT! It took a lot of troubleshooting to connect my carrier account to the app (this was a carrier issue and not an issue with the app), but the team at Intuitive kept working on the issue until a resolution was found. I highly recommend this app, especially for stores with lots of different sized products.

Really intensely customisable with lots of great features. Customer service is absolutely second to none - really appreciate the fast responses I've had to all queries and the unfailingly helpful advice.

Intuitive Shipping is a powerful app that can handle all of your shipping needs. We were having a hard time getting everything that we needed working to work, and Michael Janes in customer success sat with us and walked us through it all. He was willing to sit through several sessions with us to try and get everything working, was knowledgeable and extreme personable, keeping us calm through the whole set up process. If your rules get complicated, Intuitive Shipping can be a logic puzzle, but once you understand the difference between "Any" and "All" in the scenarios and rate blending, things pretty much fall into place. It would be nice if they integrated with other freight solutions than FedEx and if bulk editing was allowed in more places, but overall, it's a great app with a great staff to help you onboard.

Thank you for your feedback on freight solutions and bulk editing. We now have an integration with ShipStation. If you use ShipStation or are considering it, you may be able to access some additional freight options if they're available to you through your ShipStation account. Meanwhile we're always reviewing our carrier integration list, and we may add more freight options in the future. Stay tuned! For bulk editing, our dev team is always looking for ways to improve efficiency. If there are opportunities for us to enhance the experience of using Intuitive Shipping, we will definitely take advantage of them. Thank you!

This app changed the game for our store, and on top of that, their support team is by far the most responsive and helpful support team I've had the pleasure of working with. Intuitive shipping can be daunting at first, but for good reason - it's powerful and really is the best solution for shipping & package sizing. Highly recommend this team & their app!

Fabulous product and even better customer service. The Intuitive Shipping team made setup easy with a personal video chat and continue to assist me through email and video chat with any questions I have. The best Shopify app experience I've had yet.

This app has worked very well for our store. I have rather complicated shipping and I was able to set it up for a way that works for my products. I really like the activity feature that lets me see what was added to the shopping cart and the shipping prices that were presented. This allows me to go in and tweak the rates.
The Onboarding session offered made the set up so much easier and quicker. But, the best part of this app is the customer service. I had an issue on the Saturday of a long weekend. Although it turned out to be caused by a break in Shopify (due to me upgrading to a higher level plan) and not with their app they responded quickly and were able to point me in the right direction to get a solution. They even followed up a couple days later to see if everything was working. Amazing team!
