Difficult to get going but once up and running you're set! 10/10 service from Michael Janes, without his help I would not have been able to set my store up for delivery. Recommendation to the support team is to have more how-to-videos. Note: If you want to offer pick and delivery you need their sister app which is an added expense.

I wanted to clarify that Intuitive Shipping offers store pickup and local delivery options within the app (postcode zones, distance-based calcs, etc.) and that Zapiet’s Store Pickup + Delivery is only needed if you require a calendar-style delivery date and time selector in tandem with the robust control Intuitive Shipping offers.
I’m glad you mentioned more tutorial videos. These are currently in development, so, in the meantime, we offer one-on-one onboarding calls so that users can learn precisely how to configure Intuitive Shipping for their unique requirements. I’m thrilled to hear that you were able to take advantage of this, and Michael was able to guide you through the configuration.

I was really struggling to set different prices for regional UK rates and intuitive has completely solved that. The staff have been extremely helpful and responsive and I would strongly recommend working with them.
I installed the app and the team helped me configure my little semi-complex setup exactly how I wanted it. The app has so many configuration options I'm amazed!
Very helpful having the Livechat to discuss the requirements also.
We just installed this app but have been testing it out for a week now. The best part has been the support team! We had Paul Cann and he was the absolute best!!! Answered all my questions prior to installing the app and while i was testing it out.
The app is great so far too.

Love it! Love the support! They were so helpful and eager to get me started. They were exceptionally kind and worked with me with dozens of questions I had for themm
The app itself is brilliant, it has done everything I wanted and needed it to do and was so versatile in how it could be tweaked and changed and adapted to my specific business.
Joel went above and beyond in helping me out. Sending me links to information I needed, walking me through the different steps I needed to know, explaining why he didn't recommend the course of action I had selected with the app (using city names instead of postal code generated shipping zones) and then helping and showing me what I needed to do. Explaining why inputting individual item sizes and weights was not a good idea and encouraging me to go with 5 standard shipping box sizes that will address 99% of my shipping requirements and wont cause issues and higher shipping rates through the Canada Post interface. Being right there when I needed further clarification on something.
I walked away from this experience and purchase with so much respect for Joel and his Intuitive Shipping app. It not only looks after our needs today but can be easily adapted to grow and change with our company

First of all I want to start by saying that this app does exactly what it promises to do, if you ship items in multiple boxes and need to plan the shipping rates accordingly then this the app for you, with dimensions, etc.
Secondly, they have an unlimited free trial in 'test mode'. You can take as long as you need to set everything up without worrying about your trial expiring - your trial only kicks in once you actually activate everything. I don't think you'll find this anywhere else.
Lastly, the customer support is simply unbelievable. Whenever I had a question setting up the app, within minutes I would get at reply with details. If I had to follow up, once again a reply within minutes. Huge shoutout to both Dylan and Paul!
