We have been using Intuitive Shipping since 2022, the team has been great, anytime we have an issue, which has typically been user error, they are super prompt is getting back us and keeping us rolling even during black Friday. So I highly recommend, customer service is always outstanding, the system works.

Intuitive Shipping has really helped our store manage shipping in a way that works perfectly for us. It’s super easy to customize shipping rates and options to fit what we need, and it’s much more flexible than other apps we’ve tried. What stands out the most, though, is the amazing support team. In my 4 years of using Shopify, I’ve never had such quick and helpful service—honestly, their support is better than Shopify’s own. From the onboarding session to answering any questions we had along the way, they’ve been there every step of the way. It’s made setting everything up so much easier and stress-free. Intuitive Shipping has been a huge help with our online store. It was easy to set up with a super help of the technicians at that time (4 years ago). We had no issues with it for all these years. A small issue arose on the weekend, so when we submitted a request for help, we did not expect answer until Monday. To our great surprise, Chelsey answered within 10 minutes. She worked whole day Saturday to figure out the cause of our problem. She really deserved a medal for her patience and determination to solve it. And she did solve it! A company is as good as its employees. We could not recommend Intuitive Shipping highly enough.

The app works very well, in spite of some of the other apps and integrations it works with. Michael and Paul, the two members of the Intuitive Support team that I've worked with over the last couple of months to troubleshoot on issues with, have been incredibly helpful. They are always available via email and are always quick to respond. On calls, they are personable and friendly and make solving issues together a genuine pleasure. I'm almost sad that another member of my team is taking over management of the app, because it means I probably won't speak to them again! If you're considering using Intuitive Shipping, know that their support team will take fantastic care of you.

Nothing but great things to say about this app. Setup is straightforward but the app is very powerful and can account for all sorts of shipping scenarios, even ones we never thought of. Maybe most importantly, their support team is fast and VERY knowledgable about app features. 5 stars, as good as app gets.
We have used Intuitive Shipping for a few years now and have needed help 3 times.
Each time our issue has been greeted in a very timely manner and resolved quickly.
The Intuitive team has always seemed eager to help and we truly appreciate that!

Intuitive was crucial in rapidly onboarding me during a shipping emergency situation at our company. I had just taken over an account that was experiencing severe shipping discrepancies and had no prior experience with Intuitive.
Within a couple of calls and some emails, not only did I solve the shipping emergency, but I streamlined our entire shipping backend process. I am now the Intuitive master at my company and none of this could have been done without the help of the empathetic and talented team at Intuitive. I'm very thankful for the level of service I received at such a crucial time. I would recommend them for any company that needs total control of their shipping logistics.

Intuitive Shipping has worked wonders for us! The app is easy to use for setting up specific shipping zones and specific shipping scenarios to better suit customers at checkout and show the correct shipping rate based on where the customer lives or where their order is being shipped to. Paul and the team has been great support in helping us solve any issues that come along with the app or with any of our shipping scenarios.

Outstanding app and outstanding support. The app is really complex, but in a good way. It allows you to do almost any shipping combination you would like (I haven't been able to find something it can't do) the team are really helpful and explain everything clearly as well as have great support documentation for things you can sort out by yourself. I am in no way a developer and I have worked out how to program and use this app by myself. Highly recommend.

Really appreciate the team working with me to help get everything setup. The help documents were very thorough, so I was able to do a lot on my own, but what I couldn't do, they walked me through on a scheduled meeting and helped me get everything setup.
When I've needed additional support, they've been fast to respond and help me out, and they've had great follow-through while I was busy making sure everything got resolved.
