Inventory Planner has been an absolute game-changer for us at Campmor. It keeps us completely up to date with our inventory and stock POs, making the entire process seamless and so much more efficient. The platform’s forecasting is incredibly accurate, ensuring we stay on top of demand and avoid both overstocking and stockouts.

Inventory Planner by Sage Team
We have used Inventory Planner for years and were big fans of the tool. It has helped us with inventory forecasting in the past. Over the last few months, we have had significant challenges with Inventory Planner API with Shopify, and our data has been intermittently been syncing in Inventory Planner. For example, our last sync was Jan 13, 2025. This syncing issue has repeatedly happened over the last quarter of 2024 into 2025.
This has disrupted our analysis and forecast planning. We believe the Inventory Planner is working on a solution on updating their API to Shopify, but its not clear to us when this will be fixed and help our team with.
We would love to keep working with Inventory Planner if they can provide a stable API with Shopify.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-time user of Inventory Planner. We understand how frustrating sync issues can be, and we really appreciate your patience while we worked on a solution.
The issue was caused by Shopify moving to a new system, GraphQL, and no longer supporting the old system (REST API) that our connector was built on. This change made it harder for us to resolve the issue quickly, but we’ve since put in a fix, and the sync is now working reliably. If you have any questions or need more help, our support team is always here for you!

Great app. Great software. Have been using for nearly a year now and any issues I have ever had they have gone out of their way to help with. Jasper on the support team made sure engineers knew I needed an urgent fix, and it was done within the hour. Great service

Inventory Planner by Sage Team
Software itself works fine and I used it for a few years. It saved me a lot of time with PO and forecasting stock levels. HOWEVER, since purchasing IP, Sage have increased the annual/semi annual fees dramatically with no signs of stopping. They will corner you in an automatically renewing contract and bleed you dry. Luckily there are a number of solid alternatives out there now. I would avoid at all costs and recommend you do not sign any contracts.
