I Use this app to sync inventory and pricing from wholesalers. I've had a couple issues but the customer service team was quick to respond to them and offer solutions.

We have only been using the Inventory Source app now for a couple of months. Everything has worked as advertised and it saves me a lot of time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for inventory automation. I am giving it 4 stars only because of pricing

Very efficient and save a lot of time importing products. Customer service has also been amazing.

A little bit of a rocky start and sometimes have to wait a few hours before talking to someone, but overall I have been happy with the app. Saves me a lot of time and makes syncing up inventory a snap. It's expensive, but it's also a necessity if you have a large catalog. update(6/3/2021) So I wanted to give an update now that I have been using the service for a whole year. It would be very difficult to conduct business without this app. It saves me time in ways I can't describe. Now that I have learned the little quirks behind it, I can get most of what I need out of it. The only thing I wish they would is the ability automate price adjustments so the are just one cent below the whole dollar amount. For example, instead of seeing a price of 2783.99, I wish I could automate to have the price just say either 2789.99 or 2799.99 because it looks better. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

It's pretty effective. Saves quite a bit of time.

I have used several product sources so far and this is the best by far. My store never has out of stock items which is just one of many features. It has tiered pricing and category pricing. It is also a very easy to use app with many suppliers. Highly recommend!

This app was pretty cool. It uploaded all of my 10,000 products within a couple of days! The support team returned my call quickly and was very helpful. This app has saved me time and money.

HORRIBLE. You would be better off manually managing your products with suppliers. Their support is somewhat responsive, however very generic. They don't address the issues at all and don't seem to care about making sure you are on-boarded properly. We upgraded to all of the top packages including their integration with Etilize, after a week back and forth on why the advanced information was not uploading to our store, they told us we were on the wrong platform and would have to "transition" to a premium service... of course at another premium price. There has to be better options out there.

Wouldn't recommend to new store owners. Try Oberlo first before paying to use IS.
