For such a simple app - this app has soooo many issues.
PDFs dont load, Tax not calculated properly, address updates don't populate, downtime, - we use PDF quotes and invoices every day for our B2B store - and I have had enough of the issues - I am changing to another app.
Hey there! Sorry you had this experience; I totally and completely understand your frustration.
Some context: we acquired the app from the previous owners, and the version you were using had unfortunately been neglected for 4+ years. A lot of the issues you’ve mentioned (PDF loading, tax calculation, address sync, stability) were part of that legacy system.
Since then, we’ve rebuilt the app with a new engineering team, significantly improved performance, and 24/7 support. The new version of Invoice Falcon is way better than what was there before. :)
If you’re open to it, I’d genuinely love for you to take a look at the new version and make it work for your needs.

We had a discrepancy between Shopify orders and Falcon invoices, but Mohammad resolved it quickly, along with a small tax display issue. Overall, it’s a good app that works well and offers good support.

We required a unique change to Invoice Falcon as an Australian business to remove the VAT field. I requested the change and within a few business days the team had updated their software to make it possible as they understood our business requirement. We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order.
This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc.
so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order printer pro.

The issue you described was part of the older version of the app from before we took over, and it was not being maintained well at the time. Since then, we have rebuilt key parts of the system, improved accuracy, and significantly upgraded support response times.

Great solution for sending PDF invoices not offered by shopify. Occasionally updates cause minor bugs but the support team responds quickly and correct issues extremely quickly (every time it has been minutes not even hours). Great support!
al principio era muy util, ahora presenta varios de errores entre ellos que no puedo descarga la factura, los números aparecen como N/A etc.

Desde entonces hemos lanzado una versión completamente nueva de la app, con generación de PDFs mucho más rápida, mayor precisión y mejor estabilidad en general.
La versión que usabas era anterior a que adquiriéramos la app. Lamentablemente, no había sido bien mantenida por los dueños anteriores, lo que causaba errores como descargas fallidas o valores incorrectos.
Ahora contamos con un equipo de ingeniería dedicado y un soporte mucho más rápido, y hemos reconstruido gran parte del sistema.
Si estás abierto a ello, me encantaría que pruebes la nueva versión o que nos escribas directamente para ayudarte.
