Invoice Falcon is user-friendly and has time-saving features. It is secure and really efficient. It is reliable, fast, and responsive. It functions smoothly, without crashing or freezing, and responds quickly to user inputs.
The good thing is you can edit everything before printing in pdf. That's what I needed. Really Great customer team.

this app is nice im enjoying the feture , nice cutomer support and they are very up to date with helpful.
@you should to add some feture #barcode option # box custom color # #supplier name change to COMPANY NAME with bold its sound to nice . #Return slip

We had the app for several years. Their customer service was great at the beginning but is terrible now. We contacted them multiple times regarding billing over 30 days ago and no reply. We had to open a case with Shopify to ask them to reply to us, and no reply. We're done and just deleted the app.
It's good ! I just had a problem and i've been answered right away ! impressive.
So far im liking a lot .

I don't know what's going on but for several months nothing work. We can no longer export our invoices in CSV format (this is very important for compatibility) and our customers can never download their invoice. The main thing is not working. We were promised that the problem would be solved today, in the end no feedback from the sav. Lost money. I leave two stars because there is a wide choice to personalize your invoices.

Great app, does everything we wanted it to do. Customer support has been fantastic. Sandesh has been extremely responsive and helped us to customise the app for our website. Highly recommend.

This is a great app! It was lacking the BCC email feature that I required for my business, but after contacting them, Sandesh and his team were extremely helpful and added the option to convenience us in less than 24 hrs!
