Fantastic App for invoicing clients for payment. We have been using this APP for 4 years an it has been faultless.
They were great with me. Wena had a lot of patience and help me out with my proyect. Is the best app . Every company must have it.

Great App and even great customer support! Highly recommended! Priyanka was very prompt to respond to our emails and went above and beyond to resolve our issue.
Decided to stay on the app after some bad experiences - periodic changes to "improve" their app adversely impact other areas, such that invoices and/or credit notes are no longer accurate. Could manually correct some of these errors before, but latest error could not be manually corrected and required their intervention, which while initially slow, did eventually remedy the problem and the app is once again fully functional.
I hope they continue with this more attentive customer service support. It actually started so well with them (3 years ago) and gradually over the past couple of years had a decline in customer service and reliability - suspect this is because the staff are seemingly entirely different now - but hopefully that decline is being proactively reversed.

You’re right that things declined for a period. That phase was when the app wasn’t being actively maintained by the previous owners, which led to issues with accuracy and slower support.
Since then, we’ve taken it back and rebuilt large parts of the system. We'd love for you to give it a try. :)

super bien, estaría bien que se pudiera unir a las ventas de shopify y que cuando emites una proforma y la conviertas en factura se reste del stock pero es un detalle la recomiendo 100%

Love the Falcon Invoice app, and the team is very helpful and nice. We had a technical glitch with invoices not coming through our mailbox, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Would recommend it to everyone!
