This is a great app which I totally recommand. It does exactly what I needed. We are now able to scan our orders so we wont have shipping errors any more. We tried 5 different apps and here are some reasons why we chose this one:
- App is working on Desktop and ipad
- One great function which we really like is that we can scan barcorde and/or SKU what is very useful for products with variants - We feel that this app is the clearest In the first step it was not possible to scan shipping labels but support was outstanding and they made it possible within hours.

Picking a lot of orders with multiple packers made us look for an easy, reliable and most of all, fast way of checking orders before shipping. I can recommend this app 100% to anyone in need of managing packers and followup on picking control. Even if you have a unique way of handling orders or do it all on your own, iPacky can be your perfect fit. As an added bonus you also get statistics, showing how many orders need to be done, how long it is estimated to take, average picking time, overall and per packer, ... I cannot say enough regarding the customer support provided with this app...it is above and beyond! Every request we had David was able to handle and support us. Makes fulfilling orders very easy and accurate...I highly recommend this app to anyone who handles fulfillment in house.

iPacky has streamlined my entire picking/packing process and the accuracy of each sales order. My warehouse team's efficiency has exponentially increased - what used to take half a business day to complete is now decreased to 2 hours. iPacky has a well-thought-out operational process from generating picking orders (with BIN locations) to scanning in products (simultaneous SKU and LOT number scanning) to ensure product packing accuracy. The scan function is extremely useful as my team used to encounter countless packing errors. I have approximately 100 orders a day - each order having 10-12 products so finding a quick and easy to use solution is vital to my business's operational efficiency. The scanning UI is extremely user-friendly and its audio/visual cues prompt immediate correct/incorrect input - allowing packing workers to immediately identify packing errors. I was hesitant on trying iPacky at first due to many previously failed apps, however, the founder took the time to video conference me to learn about my business process, my needs and wants, and even made custom enhancements to further improve inventory traceability. I'm in the food business so traceability is a crucial part of my operational process. If your company deals with large amounts of SKUs, LOT, batch tracking, and traceability, then iPacky is the best solution in the market for packing pinpoint accuracy and precision.

We just started using iPacky and so far it has been great! We have been searching for an app like this for awhile and even tried 2 others that did not work nearly as well as iPacky. This is going to help eliminate shipping errors and the ability to scan all items in a "bundle" or "kit" is amazing! Most importantly though, the service we've received from David has been outstanding! He truly cares about his product and has gone out of his way to help with the on boarding. I have been looking for app like this for the last five years. There are a couple of apps that do similar things, but each of them was missing a functionality or is not as effective.
What we like is that when you scan, a picture of the item appears which is additional verification and help.
It works very smoothly and has a lot of of preferences and settings that can customise how to use the app quite a lot.
Also, we suggested a feature and 1 week later they had it done and ready to test it... great!
We have installed it on all our storefronts. Highly recommended
