Total game changer for our shipping process. Very responsive customer service. These guys have been very helpful to integrate the app into our process. Also integrate with the Bundle APP.

After using another very expensive app on Shopify to allow our team to scan and pick, I found iPacky and decided to make the jump. We are so thankful we did! The interface is easy to use, the scanning is fast, the orders automatically sync from Shopify into iPacky and now they offer the ability to assign Bin Locations to each product by either importing them or scanning the product and manually entering data. You can also sort your pick slips by SKU, Bin Location and other options. The support team in phenomenal! They answer questions in a very timely manner and have even implemented suggested changes we made to the app that they felt would be beneficial for all users. If you are looking for an affordable app that allows your team to scan and check products as they pick, definitely try iPacky! It's worth the money.

Virkelig god service og nemt plukkesystem.

Havde store udfordringer med check og pluk af ordrer, som betød mange fejlpluk-ordrer både i antal og produkttype. Vores setup er Shopify og Webshipper, som fragt-handler, så det var vigtigt at finde en løsning, der kan integrere med Webshipper. Fra vi fik installeret IPacky, som hjælper med at checke, plukke, lave partial fulfilment, og kommunikere med vores lagerpersonale, har vi reduceret fejl-pakker til >0,1. Print af ordrer-sedler, scanning og check foregår problemfrit. Godt for forretningen.

Ipacky really helps us minimizing packing orders. Especially the feature of virtual barcodes, orders tags helps us by optimize our processes. It's a great app which we really recommend. Especially the service from David is great!

Diese App erfüllt all die Kriterien die eine Fullfillment App haben sollte. Es ist unser Add-on für Sendcloud und ist einfach soo praktisch. Wir versenden seit ipacky fehlerfrei. Auch bei hohen Massen gibt es keine Fehler in den Paketen. Alles wird eingescannt und man kann von verschiedenen Packstation -zeitgleich- arbeiten. Der Custom Service David ist TOP und sofort erreichbar.

Perfect for (almost) eliminating order picking errors. Good range of options to tweak for your setup. Virtual barcodes are a great way to ensure Kits and Multi-Packs include every item required. iPacky is much cheaper than some alternatives we explored which wanted a $500 setup fee.

I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs.

Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email.

All around a great app!

iPacky is a very well built app. It's helped us make sure every outgoing shipment is accurately prepped and packed, and the serial number functionality is the best I have seen for any Shopify app. It works exactly the way that it should, and is highly customizable and reliable. Perhaps more importantly, iPacky is backed by a team that provides good support and is focused on future development.

We've tried a few other scanning apps... (some better than others), but they all seemed to miss certain features or functionality that we were after. Then we came across iPacky. It had more features than the others, but.... The thing we love the most is that the company's CEO David actually listens to his customers, and has implemented, or is in the process of implementing new features that we, and others have asked for. 100% best customer service we have had. Keep up the awesome work!
