We are using the services of iThink Logistics for the past 2 years integrated with our Shopify platform. Order processing & scheduling is very smooth. The Tech support team and client servicing team, both are very supportive.

Very professional service offered by ithink logistics and especially Sagar. The company is offering competitive rates and Sagar is prompt in resolving all the issues at the earliest. Keep up the good job

Kindly beware from selecting this company to be your shipping partner. They are all scammers and never provide you with an immediate resolution. They have a terrible support staff,( Sailee Raul and Sanehal Pandey).They sent one of their employees to measure a product at home, but they later claimed that the employee didn't know how to measure. Our product weight is 0.750 grams, but they said it was 1.50 kg, and he measured the products and our volumetric weight incorrectly. They just copy pasted the same answer till month and month. Even they falsely marked your return lost shipment as return delivered after one month of complaint and said to you that we can not provide POD as it is RTO delivery. So be careful and suggest that you not choose this company any way you have another better option in the market. This is my honest review that we faced.

Worst customer service Experience ever. Their delivery partners don't handle products with care. Almost 70% of RTO products came and they can not provide any solution till the time.

I believe that this logistics company is a huge scam. Their entire procedure is dishonest. Worst logistics firm I've ever seen. Nobody takes responsibility for seller or customer care. It's a zero-star review based on my worst-ever experience. Even the owners and managers are phony and incompetent. In this case, it is your obligation to deliver the package; they accept no liability for it. solely focused on profit (higher delivery costs than other). Only the positive things are spoken by the sales team before the courier leaves and no one answers calls. They keep generating money by posting fictitious comments on order status and occasionally returning shipments to sellers so they can charge both ways. No one is available to handle delayed shipping issues.

I have been using this app for about 2 months now. I have not faced any issues, their support team is top-notch, takes responsibility, and get every issue resolved within hours. Also, the cost of shipping is also comparatively low. The COD remittance is always on time. All in all 5 on 5 and a big Thumbs Up!!!
