have been using Ithink Logistics for my e-commerce shipments and overall my experience has been good. The platform is easy to use, order processing is smooth, and shipment tracking works well. Pickup and delivery services are also reliable for most orders.

The only area that could be improved is customer support, which sometimes takes longer to respond. Apart from that, everything else like shipping integration, dashboard, and courier options works efficiently.

Overall, it’s a good logistics solution for e-commerce sellers and helps manage shipments in a simple way.

Great app, prices are good compared to many other service providers. Only downside is the interface is not as user friendly and can be improved.

As earlier I was using some other platform for shipping my products but faced so many problems regarding weight escalation and NDR reports which are actually very frustrating for all the eCommerce sellers. So now iThink logistics is a great platform that reduces my processing time for undelivered orders and gives me proper NDR reports With an automated process flow and also reduces RTO.
