Excellent Customer support Team with great backend support to have delivery shipped on time. Response time to solve Courier related issues is great. Friendly Staff and have a great attitude to solve issues with same day resolution. Happy with the communication of the support staff. Sales Team has helped us to get more benefits at a resonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors to increase our business scope. Very poor services for COD & prepaid shipment’s, no services provided for fake remarks by delivery agents. Just increase RTO due to no professionalism, cod remittances take upto 7 working days which is pathetic
