Yaya was a tremendous help. We were having trouble understanding just what to do to get up and running. She was patient and very knowledgeable.
We loved working with Jebbit to launch our online experiences. While we did run into some technical issues, Yaya was a great resource. We used this app to give us some valuable insight on new product development via a quiz. Uptake was so high that we intend to feature a Jebbit quiz (which product is right for me?) permanently on our website. Joe and the team have been great to deal with.

Fantastic product recommendation - best part is the user friendly design interface so we can can customize what the quiz looks like and integrate it seamlessly into our site. The product integration works like Klaviyo or any other plugin where you can easily pull recommendations in and drive straight to PDP landing pages. Highly recommend.

I used this app to help me steer clients to particular products that best suit them and eliminate them from booking products which would not work. Its a bit clunky, and not very customisable, but with the right amount of patience you can create some great functionality in your website for next to nothing. (or completely free with the basic plan).

Jebbit was exactly what I was looking for! The app is a bit advance in my opinion but there is always someone ready to help in the chat box. You get a response in a very good timeframe. They go above and beyond to answer you questions, with personalized video tutorials and all.

We have a complicated product offering for new users, and our quiz with Jebbit has helped us drive strong conversion with new users who usually need a bit of guidance to get started. The support team is extremely helpful and has helped us find workarounds for nearly all of our use cases. It feels really white glove. Four stars because the software is a bit limited in terms of functionality.
