I was using Typeform but the features I needed (like a button) were locked behind an inaccessible paywall. I am so pleased with Jebbit—it does everything I need it to while being aesthetically pleasing and free, to boot. Really glad I found it. It improves the image of my business. Also, support is amazing. They sent along a whole video tutorial for me. Very helpful as a visual learner.

We love Jebbit and the insights it's brought to our coffee brand! Being able to help our customers select the right roast and grind based on their favorite flavors and methods has allowed us to hyper-segment new customers. It's awesome and so easy to build!

I used this App to create two different formats of quizzes for gifting and homepage movement. It was easy to use, intuitive, and fun! Once I got the hang of it, it took no time at all to create multiple options. Would definitely recommend :)

Our engagement with Jebbit, regrettably, culminates in a 2-star rating, reflecting a journey marked by unmet expectations and inflexible service. Initially, we were drawn to Jebbit for its quiz tool functionality. Although it operated well, the value it added did not align with its high cost, especially considering the lack of significant impact on our conversion rates—a key selling point.

Compounding our dissatisfaction was the pricing issue. When we were offered a discounted rate upon expressing our intent to leave, it raised concerns about the fairness of our initial pricing.

The final straw, however, was Jebbit's response to our feedback and consideration of other options. Instead of demonstrating flexibility and understanding, Jebbit chose to quickly terminate access to our quizzes. This abrupt action during a critical decision-making phase felt counterintuitive and only solidified our decision to move on.

In summary, while Jebbit's quiz tool is functional, the overall experience was marred by high costs and a lack of flexibility. Our recommendation to others in search of a quiz application is to seek options that offer both operational excellence and customer-centric flexibility. Avoid rigid long-term contracts and prioritize solutions that genuinely enhance your sales experience and website engagement without feeling bound to unsatisfactory service.

We loved working with Jebbit to launch our online experiences. While we did run into some technical issues, Yaya was a great resource. She was accommodating, reliable, and helped my team and I resolve our issues in time for our anticipated launch date. Highly recommend the Jebbit technology and team!

Jebbit's customer service is excellent! Their response time is minimal and quick. They understand the situation and provide the best and easiest solution. They would provide a video, a step-by-step guide if need be which I think is incredible. Great work!

Just started using Jebbit as our new quiz platform. Adrian L. was a rockstar helping us onboard I cannot thank Adrian enough for taking the time and effort into helping my team with the build-out of the quiz. She explained everything to us with videos she created showing us step-by-step how to's or hopped on multiple zoom calls with us to help troubleshoot everything. Never once have we received this in-depth attention from an app! Adrian is a rockstar and looking forward to continuing to work with her!!!!

We are still in the early stages of setting up our quiz through Jebbit so I can't comment on the software itself, although the customer service we've received its outstanding. They are very diligent and considerate!
