I have no issues as of now. Seems reliable. I would like to see a Duplicate for photos placed on the template.. having to resize always makes it difficult to get exact matches. Their customer service is awesome, and the quality of their watches was better than I expected. I was surprised at how slim the watches I ordered were. The mock ups of the watches make the faces look bigger than they actually are.
