JetPrint: My Go-To for Print-on-Demand Success
I've been using JetPrint: Print on Demand for several months now, and I'm incredibly impressed with the platform. It's become my go-to solution for creating and selling custom merchandise.
The interface is incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who's not particularly tech-savvy. I was able to easily upload my designs, choose from a wide variety of products, and set my prices.
The print quality is outstanding. I've ordered several samples for myself, and the colors are vibrant, the details are sharp, and the overall look is professional. I'm confident that my customers will be thrilled with their purchases.
The customer service team is fantastic. They're always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and they're always happy to help. I feel like I have a true partner in JetPrint.

I like to create complex designs. It is a pretty decent app to use, yet everyone does not have or use photo shop to download templates. The mockups are beautiful!! Yet, what I feel that needs to be added for more designing preciseness are gridlines, zoom in features, copy & paste image and or duplicate image.
It will enhance the ease of creativity & complex designing and will save some time. I have ordered test products and the quality print & material (fabric) is very good. I will continue to order and test from Jet Print, as I do have great interest in their products.
This 5-star review is after I received my first order. First of all, the customer service of JetPrint is great. Jennifer and her team has been very helpful and response. The manufacture that produced our test order did a great job too. I strongly recommend JetPrint. The JetPrint app also works great; so convenient to add product variants
and easily integrates with your shop. They deserve 5 star! Keep up the great customer service and work, Jennifer.
These guys always help out when there is an issue. Great app and I look forward to a long working partnership with them.
Nice App. You need more current shoes, Chunky, Big Bottoms, Stacks etc. MOre comperable to popular brand styles. I do like the app though.

Unfortunately, this project had to be paused due to unforeseen challenges.
It's important to note that the development of new shoe styles entails significant investment, both in terms of time and resources. We have invested substantial funds in acquiring equipment and materials for these endeavors. Regrettably, despite our best efforts, some projects have not yielded the desired results, and the equipment purchased for these purposes now sits unused.
Moreover, we understand that shoe preferences can vary greatly among our diverse customer base. While we strive to offer a wide range of styles, it's challenging to ensure that every shoe will resonate with everyone. Nevertheless, we are committed to continuously improving our product selection and welcome any further suggestions for new shoe designs.

I like this company. the customer service is very good and responsive. I only issue is how I design my shoes. There is no way to save the design leave and come back to finish the edits. Once you save that is it. If You want to edit you have to start over. It goes for if you leave the page on accident all the work done is lost. Even with the latest updates, my review is still true. Also, I want to add that its hard to see the bleed areas.
Very nice products! Good quality and good reply service when there are questions! I love the watches and shoes, the dresses and the prints are of good quality. Jetprints is open for suggestions and that is possitive
My design keeps coming out printed backwards

I have been designing on the app a few days. Few glitches. Placement of your image initially needs no work, it flood fills the workspace saving you time. Mockups are generated super fast. Import is fast to your store. So I placed an order yesterday and its already listed as in production. Looks good.
I'd love to speak with someone whose leaving the great reviews because I want that same experience. I ordered some sample watches on Jan 25, 2022 and my order is not being processed and I haven't been able to reach anyone from the company by phone, email, whatsapp, or by their other customer service number. I even tried facebook messenger. I'm going to be forced to dispute my order soon with my bank because i'm getting nothing from the company but fear if one of my customer's order from me that I'll be embarrassed and unable to give a status update about where their order is. I hope i'm wrong because I really want to do business with jetprint but for now its Feb 5 and since Jan 26th i've gotten no contact from anyone.
