JetPrint: Print On Demand , 312 recensies
I have yet to see their quality, as I am still making products, but slow CS response time (mid conversation the assistant dipped for more than 15 hours as of now) and literally asking to be reviewed EVERY time I move pages or try to work on a product disrupts work flow.
On to what I have found so far, 3-6 week ship time for most items (Watches for example) means customers will be waiting a long time for the item. No assurance on if its shipped with your business information or theirs, also they ship the bill of lading/RO sheet/Whatever WITH the item with a different price on it than customers will be paying which will lead to issues as well.
But I do like that they have things I have not seen elsewhere. It would be nice if they could do something about shipping times and the invoice issue.
On the user side of things, the whole site looks like an Ali-express site that you get to modify which means that the products have long, similar names to each other because they are keyword stuffed instead of made for customers (us) to use best. You have to take down item numbers in order to find it again because the ability to clone a item and then edit the image in it is not possible from what I have seen.
Edit: Even AFTER leaving this review it continues to barrage me with 'please rate us' things. If this keeps up, I will uninstall.
Edit: 2 Weeks and STILL getting 'rate us' requests.

Therefore, we really appreciate your important feedback and advice on the User Interface. There are great products on Jetprint, but I wish the process to create Personalized products was easier. I also would like to be able to copy my products to make different variations, instead of having to start from scratch for each new product. When I am creating my products, there is not an option to add a design from the DIY side unless I am making an order. This is frustrating.
I contacted support, and it's been weeks since I heard from them, and I see terrible reviews about them. I am scared to try it out. They told me they could work with some of my ideas and send them a mock-up idea, and I never heard back at all. I emailed and chatted with them again, and still no words. Loved the fact it was easy to design things but communication could be better

The product choice is good, some mockups in the clothing don't look that good, I'm using other services but I am interested in the bags, shoes and watches, I'm impressed by the shipping times offering and the prices, but the design system is not very good lacking in one key feature I use in other POD services and that's the ability to use Patternize or pattern making, the color selection is a bit simple, everything else seems pretty good.. only thing keeping me from really embracing this is is a better designer system..

We've sorted out your question to our technical department already, we're updating our coding and UI page for better and easier operation in 2023, I'm sorry for the temporary inconvenience here, but the mockup page and the entire experience will surely be better in the following months.
Great catalog, especially the shoe and sneakers, however i am experiencing issues when trying to upload images , it tells me unable to upload due to "unstable connection". however on any other app I have no problems uploading the very same images. If this problem can be resolved then it will be the best app to use.
Very hard to use after you save your products you can't edit the design. The review minimun 100 character......Very bad app

Currently, uploaded design drawings cannot be modified directly, you can adjust the design and upload it to recreate a new product to replace the existing one. We've sorted out your question to our technical department, and they've already started to optimize this problem. Really sorry for the temporary inconvenience here, but it will surely be updated in the near future
love their large selection of products, just wish I was able to add more products to my store, the app keeps freezing when designing a product.

Tout va bien pour le moment, je commence à utiliser l'APP! dommage que l'outil de création soit vraiment très très light, on ne peut pas écrire!, réduire, multiplier nos designs, sauf les adapter au format du cadre, pas de choix de couleurs! bref pour la création, c'est très limité! on ne peut pas non mettre notre Logo. Le Ship n'est pas très explicite. Le tableau de bord est compliqué... je pense que c'est votre choix, mais pour nous vos clients çà devrait être autrement, pendre exemple sur "PRINTFUL" à Suivre.

The Size was way off on the child hoodie and when I reached out to get a refund, they said nothing was wring and offered my a 12% discount on a new offer? The Medium Kids hoodie was way larger than the size chart claimed. I may not use these guys again unless they can fix the issue & refund me.

As we all know, the clothing shape and related size charts of different clothing brands, we actually have listed the size/dimension of the different sizes in our product description, if the dimension of the actual product has a large difference, we're responsible for that and will provide refund/replacement. Meanwhile, we're also optimizing the size charts display of all our clothing, we'll inform you once the update completes. Meanwhile, if there are any questions or problems with the product/payment/refund, please feel free to contact our support team.
I've now put through a several thousand orders now (primarily shoes) with JetPrint so can give a pretty through review.
- Product quality has been good . There are instances where for some reason a bad
(cheap?) insole was used instead of the normal “softer” insole. There is also the odd issue with the designs getting mixed up for example the left shoe for one order is sent with the right shoe of another order. I’d recommend to doing sample orders regularly to ensure quality of insole (you’re not getting the bad “cheap” one) and designs are correct and branded boxes are being sent if that’s what you have ordered.
Design interface/mockups - I'm pretty happy with what is offered and its easy to use with nice mockups. I actually find their shoe mockups the best by far (I've used almost all of them over the last few years - Pillow Profits, interest print, artsadd etc) – although the black shoe mockup for the low and high top canvas shoes is incorrect and shows black eyelets instead of the bare metal (silver) eyelet the shoe actually has. Required additional manipulation in photoshop to correct this so customer receives what they see online. Has been raised with JetPrint but never corrected.
Support - overall good. The reply promptly, and when problems arise they are usually solved quite quickly. Sometime there is difficulty tyring to convey the problem to the support team so its best to send a screen shot to explain
Pricing - is great. Best I have found by far and quality is the same as other POD shoe providers.
Shipping - They mainly use Yanwan and YunExpress for international segment, then local carriers for last mile. My only issue is some of the last mile carriers often let the team down and I have had a few "wrong address, return to sender" when the address was not incorrect at all. Only seems to happen with OnTrac (US), Amarex (Australia) and Evri (UK) and these carriers respective support as you would expect – hopeless. When the last mile carrier is USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail there doesn’t seem to be an issue.
- Dashboard - clunky to use. Does not allow you to search by your store order #, or the customer name so to locate an order can be challenging. They use an internal order # (eg O_211208_00036) which does not reference Your store order number. The Customer name is also shown only as the first name....twice. So if an order was for Greg Smith, it will show as "Greg Greg".. So with no order number or full name to search by it is really hard to locate orders. After scrolling through pages of orders to find an order (say page 13), once you click into then out of your order, you end up at the start of all orders again (ie page 1). Has been raised multiple times with JetPrint and never corrected.
Shopify integration – This has become an issue over the last 6 months. There was a time that when JetPrint fulfilled an order the tracking details were being sent to the shopify store however no shipping notification email was being sent from shopify. All other POD vendors I use were not affected by this issue – just JetPrint. JetPrint said it was a Shopify Issue. Shopify said given all the other apps (POD Vednors) are working ok it is likely JetPrint. After much too and fro JetPrint finally corrected the problem.
Latest problem is SOME orders (not all) do not receive any tracking details from the JetPrint app despite the JetPrint app having the tracking details for that order showing. Again, no other POD vendors apps have this issue, just JetPrint. JetPrint again said it was likely a Shopify issue. Shopify again said given all the other apps (POD Vendors) are working ok it is likely JetPrint issue. This was raised multiple times staring several weeks ago and the problem still occurs. Very frustrating.
The Dashboard REALLY needs to be fixed. In this day and age, it is simply not acceptable that you are not able to search your orders by the customer surname (or your store order number). It is also not acceptable that the customer name is only visible only as “firstname firstname”. Looking for a specific order makes a 5 second job take 5 mins.
The Shopify integration REALLY needs to be fixed aswell. It appears that whoever is fulfilling the orders on the JetPrint side is missing steps in the fulfilment process that allows it to send all the details through to the shopfiy store. Again, no issues with all the other POD vendors apps. Just JetPrint. This has been raised multiple times and is still occurring. It needs to be fixed.
