I'm delighted with JetPrint! I have needed to adjust shipping on multiple orders, and I was assisted in their chat immediately. I've placed two orders so far, for boots and watches, and they've come out perfectly. Extremely impressed.

Very hard to use after you save your products you can't edit the design. The review minimun 100 character......Very bad app

Thank you for your feedback here my friend. Currently, uploaded design drawings cannot be modified directly, you can adjust the design and upload it to recreate a new product to replace the existing one. We've sorted out your question to our technical department, and they've already started to optimize this problem. Really sorry for the temporary inconvenience here, but it will surely be updated in the near future

They have not sent out products that I paid for a month ago and did severe damage to my reputation as a shop. I've paid for so many undelivered products that Etsy refunded to customers because of delays from this shop and they went silent on me. Half of my customers have received free products because of this place, stay clear of them.

Super happy with my first set of watches.
They're beautifully impressive, arrived quickly - I wanted to see how they look in a hurry so used express, and customer service also top notch! Looking forward to more, thank you!

NEW UPDATE: Back to 1 star for JetPrint. It’s Christmas and 5 blankets arrived too small (ordered 60x80”, came 57”x77”, 3 “ shorter in length and width than usual) AND the designs were squished in from the sides, very clearly evident with circular images looking drastically oval. I provided photos and videos of the warped designs and size error and I’m being told the designs are “normal”, that the errors are “not the fault of the factory”, and that they “can’t be remade”. Even with side-by-side images of the warped blankets and the original blanket design. Absolutely unacceptable.

UPDATE: I am updating my review from a 1 to a 3 as JetPrint has finally responded and is issuing replacement blankets for those that arrived in the wrong size. Jennifer was kind and courteous and, though it was a delayed response, she was helpful. Will update my review again once the replacement items are received in good order. Original Review: Customer service is obviously not a priority for JetPrint. I've ordered multiples of the XL fleece blanket ((78.7 x 59.1 inches) and they are arriving in the Youth size (55.1 x 43.3 inches). I have attempted to contact JetPrint twice and have not heard back. My customers have paid for these items and are requesting replacements and/or their money back. I can't offer them either of these until JetPrint refunds the orders or informs me they are replacing the items with the correct size.

We started using JetPrint recently for our shoes manufacturing, after testing some other suppliers, and we found JetPrint to have the best variety including large men sizes and the best quality so far. They meet their fulfillment times and ship worldwide, which is very beneficial.
UPDATED to 4 stars because:
1. Support is seriously lacking. Promising answers that never arrive.
2. No support escalation option.
3. Additional items shipping cost BUG. Shipping cost for additional items is calculated like it is the first item. This is a showstopper. Must be fixed ASAP.

they provide the worst customer service ever, never responds to messages and if they do it takes 2-4 wks. I have orders that my customer never received the product. To have such a good product, I'm extremely disappointed in the service!!!!

I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I very nearly gave up on Shopify as I didn't want to sell crappy products that my customers would be disappointed with. I couldn't find anything with value unless it was tshirts which I didn't want to sell. I stumbled across JetPrint and I cannot recommend this enough. Products are super high quality, the design software is easy peasy and simple. The mockup and importing is CRAZY - They include the information chart (material, fasten type etc) in the description for you so you don't have to copy over and waste precious time. I am SO EXCITED to start selling my products. Thank you so much JetPrint - you've made my entire year! Only one thing - please make some more wonderful watches for me to sell!!!
