Joy Subscription App

The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.

At first, it seemed like customization options were limited, but once I reached out to the team, they were able to fully tailor the subscription box to my preferences. Abby was especially helpful throughout the process—she stayed persistent, never giving up, and always working towards a solution. In the end, we made it work, and now it perfectly matches the theme of my store!

The people on the chat answered fast, and took care of me even that I was not very well versed on the subject. They gave me step by step instructions, they also took some of my files and work on them to export my previous information. They took the time to go into my theme (with my authorization of course), and set up the widget to work when I had problems. congratulations on your customer service
