Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

I have set up this app and it works like a charm. Better than some of the more expensive apps out there. And also the support is phenomenal! So quick to respond on chat, Jasmine and Marcus are just quick and pleasent. And made my custom requests with a smile.

First time using and installing and Juliana was very very helpful and so friendly. Definitely made the experience very easy and pleasant. We got it all set up for both online and POS and so far it is exactly what we needed. Two thumbs up for customer support right from the start!

So far so good. Like the design. We are using free version. It meets most of our needs. The customer support are very responsive and quick.

Awesome!!! I have just started to use the App but Liz gave OUTSTANDING support and helped me export all my customers from a different loyalty platform to this one and so far everything has been seamless! She answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up just the way I wanted it!

I had a little trouble with enabling a feature & reached out for virtual assistance. i chatted with daisy & she was awesome. she introduced herself, asked what I needed assistance with & handled it in a timely manner. She was nice throughout the entire chat. & after helping, she made sure I didn't need assistance with anything else before ending chat.

She was Patience and Knowledgable plus gave me articles to use to better my user experience. She also helped me set the program up effectively.

Jasmine was super quick to help me get the app embedded in to my site. There were a lot of ways to customize, but the customizations did not reflect on the pop up on my page. Overall seems like a good app for just starting out with a loyalty program.
