Absolutely thrilled with the support Audrey and Hana provided for our Loyalty Point page setup! They were incredibly responsive and patient, even when I struggled with adding the blocks. Audrey jumped in right away, added the necessary elements, and was so kind throughout the process. The app itself is fantastic and so easy to use.
And as it turned out, I needed some extra help later on (of course!). Audrey and Hana didn’t miss a beat—they were quick, accommodating, and went above and beyond with some custom coding to make sure the widget functioned perfectly on my page. Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.

Regarding the email notification for points expiration, we understand your concern and truly appreciate your patience. We're happy to inform you that we've integrated this feature with Shopify Flow. This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. Since I'm new to the app I cannot speak to it's function yet - however if the app is as good as the customer service I got from HANA I expect great things. Usually when service is that good then everything else is too so I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Joy Loyalty
