I wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing support I received from Lydia and Tony. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Easy to use! There were some things that I had to get fixed from the support team but they did it right away! Supportive Team for sure. I took away 1 star just because the "Branding" part needs more freedom for user customization. But must have app!

Fast response when I had a question. So far I like the app. Still have some learning to do, but I think it will be perfect for my business needs!!

Customer support is great and quick. I had a problem with my referral program, but thanks to Aisha, the problem was sent to the tech team.

I recently started using the Joy app to use it as a customer loyalty program. The free version already offers many options. It's all pretty easy to set up in the dashboard. Customer service is readily available and helpful. Especially Lydia has helped me with initial small problems.

I'd suggest to introduce a separate page feature to show the rewards. Emily has been very helpful throughout. She helped in setting up the features! She was very responsive. The app is working good so far.
