Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Just started using the he application to test the loyalty program on my e-shop. I was helped by Sunny et Gideon in the customization of certain functions of the app! Very good customer service ! I have the free plan to start and they adapted some of my requests and set up my store very quickly.
Very easy to set up on my shopify store, I recommend this application !

Adding the Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program app to my website/POS was a pure JOY! Working with Emily made adding all my programs so easy and any questions I had, she was quick to answer. I can't wait to see all the smiling faces when my customers start redeeming their rewards!

Recently installed and had a few questions and needed my widget size adjusted, Esther and Anivia on the instant chat were such a big help and responded promptly. I love the setup and the cost compared to other loyalty apps.

C'est la première fois que j'utilise l'application. Pour le moment je ne peux pas dire grand chose à part qu'elle est facile à utiliser et à intégrer, l'interface me semble, pour une débutante comme moi, plutôt très pratique et vraiment pas compliquée à comprendre.... Je teste encore l'application, donc il se pourrait que je rajoute des commentaires plus tard.
Une chose que j'aimerais également rajouter est l'efficacité et la rapidité en terme de réponse et d'action de l'équipe technique et plus particulièrement ABBY qui m'a personnellement assistée et était de surcroît très aimable et très efficace. Je continuerai donc de tester cette application que j'apprécie déjà beaucoup pour un début et compléterai mon commentaire.
