Just started with it, but so far so good. Jasmine was great with the questions I had, so hopefully it will perform as needed now :-)

I recently started using the Joy app to use it as a customer loyalty program. The free version already offers many options. It's all pretty easy to set up in the dashboard. Customer service is readily available and helpful. Especially Lydia has helped me with initial small problems.

I'd suggest to introduce a separate page feature to show the rewards. Emily has been very helpful throughout. She helped in setting up the features! She was very responsive. The app is working good so far.

they're so good, just put on some different themes and designs and enable text changing. but honestly they're perfect

Will give it 5 stars when it has a reward system for reviews up! So far the app is good. Good support from Hana as well.
