I had the pleasure of working with Audrey from Joy's customer service team, and I cannot say enough good things about her support! She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the entire setup process step-by-step. Audrey ensured that every detail was perfect so that we could activate and publish the app on our website immediately after our chat. I installed this app a few days ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It has a lot of great features (more features than some comparable apps that are much pricier) and yet is easy to set up. It calculates the loyalty points properly (unlike some of its competitors) and is very flexible. The support staff (including Tracy, Anivia, Abby and others) is super friendly and helpful. Overall I am very impressed and pleased!!!

Having previously used another loyalty program a year or so ago - until it priced itself out of our reach - I knew exactly what we wanted, and when it came down to features for the cost, 'Joy' was a clear winner for us.

There are plenty of options to tailor a rewards program to your liking and to get the design just right for your site. There's an easy-to-follow step-by-step process and plenty of documentation to help you set it up. But, if you prefer to have it done for you, support will happily do that. I preferred to try to do it alone, but there was just one element I couldn't get to work on, and finally I had to contact support. Kevin was brilliant, he completely understood what I was trying to do and came up with a fix in next to no time.

In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with this app and the support I received.
