こちらのアプリは機能が充実しているだけでなく、サポートの対応が非常に丁寧で迅速です。疑問点があった際に問い合わせたところ、親身になって解決策を提案してくれたおかげで、スムーズに導入・運用することができました。安心感を持って利用できる素晴らしいアプリです。ロイヤルティプログラムを導入するために利用しています。設定項目が直感的で分かりやすく、やりたいことがすぐに実現できました。また、何か不明な点があってもサポートチームが的確にアドバイスをくれるので、非常に助かっています。自信を持っておすすめできるアプリです。機能面はもちろんですが、サポートの質が非常に高いです。困ったことがあってもすぐにフォローしてくれるので、安心して使い続けることができます。導入を検討している他のマーチャントの方にもぜひおすすめしたいです。

I’m very happy with Joy Loyalty. The support team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance during the setup process, they responded quickly and helped me find the right solution. I tested multiple apps and this one ticked all the boxes for my loyalty scheme. Fully personalized earning and redeeming requirements, and integration with the POS that makes it very easy for my employees to redeem rewards. Also the only app that lets me seamlessly offer free item redemption from one or more collection of items. Thank you!

I’ve been using Joy for two weeks, and what has impressed me most is their incredibly responsive customer support—I usually receive a reply from a real person within five minutes. I’ve made many requests, and Joy’s technical team has been able to accommodate them all. Using this app gives me great confidence and peace of mind!
We run a leather handbag store and use Joy for our loyalty program. The earning and redeeming rules are flexible enough to build a sensible ladder of rewards, and the Ways to redeem block on the cart page makes redeeming obvious to customers instead of hiding it away inside a widget.
What earned the five stars is the support. Alyssa and Sonny replied within minutes, recorded short videos showing exactly what a customer sees at each step, went into our theme and added the cart block for us, and spotted that we had filled in the wrong field on one of our programs before it could do any harm.
If you are weighing up loyalty apps, this is a team that will not leave you alone with the documentation.

App seems to work well and has lots of customization - possibly too much as it makes launching a bit more complex. The customer support has been excellent to work with though and I would recommend the app.

After trying a few other loyalty apps, I’m glad I switched to Joy. It offers all the essential features needed to run a professional rewards program without being overly complicated or expensive. The dashboard is intuitive, and I didn't need any coding knowledge to get it customized to match my brand's look. It works perfectly and doesn't slow down my site at all. Great app!
