Hana, is very helpful. I've had a couple of queries so far and she's found the answer quickly and with screenshots so I can quickly find the settings I need to change.

I was having an issue with a pop up. Customer service was quick to help and respond. They were knowledgable, patient and fast to solve my issue.

It is fun and easy to use! Even though I'm on the free plan it still allows you to have a lot of features for all your needs for a loyalty program.
