Just started using this app a few days ago and I love it already! Help keep my contacts in order and I love the "giving back to the customers with rewards". Great app and definitely recommend!

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better.
Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!
Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

I saw you already translated almost text in our app. However, there are some labels not supported yet but we are actually adding them fully this month. And also, we can implement the translation for your right now so that you do not need to wait for the update.

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.

I found some of the setup confusing, but the online support was straight onto it. Now I can offer points and rewards to my clients- win-win!
Esther is super friendly and helpful! She answered all of my question and made the process super simple.
Liz was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I have zero knowledge about app setup but she was very patient to walk me through and completed the setup. She has saved me a lot of time. I believe Loyalty & Rewards Program is happy to have her as a teammate. Thanks Liz so much!
