Super easy to set up and the action buttons to immediately get help with a chat agent was very nice. My agent Drake was really on top of things and helped me right away with getting this rewards program set up. Can't wait for my customers to reap the benefits of shopping on my site

Had issues with the app regarding branding colors and text changes. Esther from the support team was quick to respond and gave a solution in no time. Would recommend this app to any Shopify store owner that is looking for a reward program for their customers!
The perfect loyalty program app for your store! Juliana was quick to get back to me and very helpful and knew exactly what I needed help with. It has everything you need plus more (they are amazing and listen to our request 10/10 reccomend)

Like you can change the branding and are able to do back dated loyalty points.

This app is a great app. Hana was really helpful in supporting me open all features of the app for free.
First of all, I really like all of Avada's apps because they help new stores and growing stores show up for their customers like the big boys and girls do (meaning the bigger more established brands). I've also had great experiences with their customer service across all of the apps. I love that I can get someone at any time of the day because they have 24/7 help which works for early morning risers like me! Candace just helped me unlock branding and program options on a Sunday morning. Love it! Quick, simple, and efficient. What more can you ask for...plus it's free!!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!
