I had some difficulty at first getting things set up and working properly, but the team at Avada contacted me and helped me get it done right. I am just starting to test the app and all it's functions now, but hope it runs smoothly from here and helps build my customer base. Thank you

Joy is one of the best loyalty program available. In fact, we've been using a few apps by Avada because of their easy-to-use app. Love the assistance by their customer service especially Hana, she guide me well with my enquiry

From the get-go, they impressed me with their professionalism. They were attentive, understood my requests patiently, and most importantly, understood what I was trying to achieve.
Now, my situation wasn't exactly straightforward, and it took some time to untangle everything. But Hana and William? Not a single sign of frustration. This app has a lot of features, so it takes some time to go through everything. It's pretty easy to use though.
I couldn't figure out why my Klaviyo API key wasn't working, but Judy and the team were patient and helpfully shared a guide that shows how to create a private API key. (I was using my public key and didn't notice the link to the guide before because I was rushing, doh!)
Anyway, I'm using the free version for now. Some features are limited, but the subscription rates are pretty reasonable. I'll stick with the free until I grow my business more.

A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going.
No complaints, works well. Hana was very helpful in assisting me with customization.
