Pretty easy to setup, especially if you have some familiarity with code. Didn't love the design of the loyalty page out of the box, but again, I was able to customize it exactly as I needed ('cause I know Liquid, HTML, CSS, etc.)
What you get in the free tier is pretty substantial. Definitely enough to get you up and running with rewards. We'll be upgrading to the second tier account type soon.
Their support team is quick and great.

easy to set up. didnt really needed any help with the information they had. customer support was 24/7, so its good if any issue arise. Thanks cs, mia for the fast checks and resolution.

So far so good. Needed assistance setting up the loyalty page and Hana was quick and efficient.
Audrey from Avada helped me today with my questions. She was super helpful and speedy. I had a problem with publishing the app on my new theme, and she fixed it for me in a blink of an eye.
