Great App and excellent customer service! I needed help with my pop ups and I got my issue promptly solved. I am also collecting lots of clients on the rewards program.

A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service who get back to you straight away. We just moved over from Smile after 4 years as the value for money is way better. Transitioning over 11,000 customers was easy enough and so far we're really happy with it! The only downside is not being able to search for customers by name, as we do a lot of manual alterations so this slows us down a lot, but hopefully this will be implemented in the future. Support is generally pretty immediate as well, Hana has been very helpful :)

So far, loving the app! There are lots of options to consider when setting up a program like this and I appreciate the guidance and help I've received from the chat feature. Most recently, Hana, has helped me and was able to answer each question promptly. Hana provided screenshots to help me navigate to the right screens for setting up the options I wanted.

This is a really good app and its definitely helped increase sales. Marcus was really helpful and he helped me change some features to suit my business :)
