HANA, the support executive of the Joy app, is very helpful. All my queries have been resolved. The app is also very good for loyalty programs.

I'm still in the setup process but so far so good! I ran into an issue with getting a widget to display and reached out via chat to support. Hana was able to help resolve the issue within minutes!

This is such a versatile app with many features and easy customisation. Their support is amazing as well.

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

This is by far the best rewards app have seen here. Tried a whole bunch of the rest and they seemed to offer minimal cutomizations and settings, as for Joy Rewards, you are offered a whole lot of settings to toggle and switch depending on your liking. Not forgetting the support, its top notch. Wanted some custom integration and when I reached out to the team, Damian for the support and Raymond ...
