Joy is helping building loyalty for our brand. I'm currently using the free version, and still it's super complete and customizable. I contacted the customer service twice, and both times they were super friendly and helpful! I 100% recommend this app, and look further to try the full version.

I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's exceptional. What truly sets this app apart is the excellent customer service. One of their support team “Audrey” is very responsive and genuinely helpful to addressing my issues. Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations in both performance and service. Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that. She patiently answered my questions and ensured the loyalty program was set up exactly the way I wanted. I'm excited to continue using Joy.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works!

The customer service is amaizing. Hana helped me in everything I asked for, specially on the customization of the loyalty page.
I ran into an issue while setting up and Tiana took over at the end of anothers shift and was quick to respond and help. Still waiting on a respond from tech support on my original issue.
